Originally from Chamoli Garhwal and currently based in Rudraprayag, Vinay has spent more than 10 years guiding trekkers through some of the most beautiful and challenging trekking routes in Uttarakhand. His deep connection with the mountains and strong understanding of Himalayan terrain make him a reliable and knowledgeable trekking guide.

Vinay is a Basic Mountaineering Course (BMC) certified mountaineer from the prestigious Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM), Uttarkashi, one of India’s most respected mountaineering institutes. His professional training, combined with years of practical experience, allows him to lead treks with a strong focus on safety, route planning, and responsible mountain travel.

Over the years, Vinay has worked with several reputed travel agencies and has guided trekkers across many popular Himalayan destinations in Uttarakhand, including high-altitude treks, alpine meadows, sacred pilgrimage trails, and remote village routes.
