  • complying with all applicable laws
  • ensuring safety, hygiene, and service quality

6. No Booking or Payment Liability

Ecozyra:

  • does not process payments
  • does not confirm bookings
  • does not act as an intermediary in financial transactions

All dealings are direct between users and service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecozyra shall not be liable for:

  • direct or indirect damages
  • loss of data, revenue, or reputation
  • personal injury or accidents

arising from the use of the platform.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • post false or misleading information
  • engage in illegal activities
  • misuse the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Ecozyra (except third-party listings) is owned by Ecozyra and protected under applicable copyright laws.

10. Termination of Access

Ecozyra reserves the right to:

without prior notice if terms are violated.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
